Sanify Healthcare India is committed to complying with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP), India’s landmark legislation governing the processing of personal data. This page explains how we uphold your rights under this law, even though we do not collect or store personal data through user registration or databases.
Scope and Applicability
The DPDP applies to the processing of digital personal data within India, whether by Indian or foreign entities. While Sanify Healthcare India does not require users to register or provide personal information, we may incidentally collect limited data through automated means such as website analytics, server logs, and cookies. This data is processed solely for operational and analytical purposes and is not linked to identifiable individuals.

We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and respond fully within 30 days.
Response Timeframes
Under the DPDP, we are required to respond to data subject requests within 30 days of receipt. In exceptional cases, we may extend this period by an additional 15 days, provided we notify you of the delay and reason.
No Discrimination Policy
Sanify Healthcare India does not and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the DPDP. You will not be denied access to content, services, or information on our website for making a request.

We may update this DPDP Compliance page periodically to reflect changes in the law or our practices. Any material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page regularly.
